Presenting a carefully curated shortlist of candidates to the client, along with detailed profiles that highlight their experience, strengths, and overall suitability for the role.

Facilitating follow-up discussions with the client to address any questions, clarify expectations, and provide further insights into the candidates' suitability.

Supporting the interview and offer process by coordinating interviews, assisting with negotiations, and ensuring a seamless transition from candidate selection to placement.

Providing ongoing post-placement support to both the client and candidate, ensuring long-term satisfaction and addressing any concerns that may arise during the onboarding process.
