Facilitating follow-up discussions with the client to address any questions, refine expectations, or provide additional insights about the candidates.

Supporting the interview and offer process, including scheduling interviews and assisting with negotiations, to ensure a smooth transition from selection to placement.

Providing post-placement support to both client and candidate to ensure long-term satisfaction and to address any concerns that may arise during the onboarding phase.
