About the Role

• Monitors all technical and operational processes or procedures held in the company management system to ensure that the company adheres to all legal regulations and ethical standards.
• Review the way information flows by researching, recording, and assessing data and information and conducting compliance and behavioural inspections and audits.
• Train and educate other employees so that they are updated on any changes to compliance guidelines.
• Act as a connection and liaison between department heads and senior management.
• Support the operational managers in reviewing the technical policies and procedures.
• Keep the management informed of the company’s adherence to laws and regulations through a detailed monthly report.
• Ensures all employees are educated on the latest amendments to technical policies and processes.
• Resolve any of the company’s concerns about technical / legal compliance.
• Provide positive leadership and promote the adoption of best practice, promoting, improving, and monitoring the compliance culture.
• Identify areas of risk and develop measures to reduce and control noncompliance by Identifying initiatives to improve performance and assist in addressing areas of poor performance.
• Promptly alert Line and Functional Management to significant non-compliance risks.


  • At least three years of proven experience in a compliance role

  • Good knowledge of legal, technical, and H&S requirements and procedures

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail

  • Management experience.

  • Strategic thinking

  • Expert knowledge of the company and relevant market

  • Legal and moral integrity

  • Exhibit professionalism in appearance and mannerisms.

  • CPCS


  • SPEN WI-1 (or equivalent)

  • Manual Handling

  • First Aid

  • Training Qualification NERS, Qualification / knowledge
