About the Role

• Put forward suggestions for improvement for any processes
• Follow all procedures within the Company
• Manage your workload efficiently and prioritise
• Ensure timesheets are completed in accordance with processes
• Identify any issue you have and discuss with your line manager and/or HR Department
• Identify training needs for yourself
• Liaise with SHEQ Team
• Ensure site installations are compliant with BS 7671
• Liaise with Client personnel and local authorities; attend all relevant meetings
• Attend weekly programming meeting held by PM
• Liaise with other BUs to ensure resource availability
• Attend weekly/monthly progress meetings with Project Manager
• Assist PM on achieving higher or lower KPIs
• Manage resources to ensure maximum productivity is achieved in line with forecast
• Work to strict deadlines and be able to manage productivity on site in line with Program of works
• Work to detailed drawings and client-specific specification and needs
• Manage change/ variations in works scope on a day to day basis- report back to Project Manager of any variations for client approval
• Sign off completed projects for quality

  • Knowledge of NERS accreditation

  • Full UK/ EU Driving License

  • JIB/ CSCS card

  • EFAW qualification or equivalent

  • C&G 2391 Test & Inspection  or equivalent  (Desirable)

  • C&G 2919 EV Charging ( Desirable)

  • Knowledge of the current BS 7671 18th edition Wiring Regulations

  • Experience of CDM site management(desirable)

  • Experience Supervising Electrical Installations including large multicore SWA/ AWA cable, cable containment, electrical distribution equipment, comms & control systems, etc

  • Knowledge of AC & DC Commercial Electric Vehicle Charge Points.
